Verification of Job Application Data

— We provide Pre-Employment Verification services for corporations and businesses, including recruitment agencies (commonly known as “headhunters”), to verify the authenticity of applicants’ data. This includes uncovering hidden or manipulated information that could otherwise lead companies to make poor hiring decisions and expose themselves to significant risks.

Verifying the accuracy of application data and conducting thorough background checks on prospective employees/staff is essential for businesses to recruit a safe, productive, and reliable workforce, build credible partnerships, and minimize risks related to fraud, theft, and legal liabilities.

Verification Procedure

— Requirements for requesting Applicant Data Verification:

    1. Contact us via WhatsApp/email to discuss your needs.
    2. Provide us with your Company Data once an agreement is established.
    3. Send the applicant’s complete documents to our email, including: CV, Portfolio (Employment History), legalized Diploma copies, Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK), training/education certificates, recent photo, copy of National ID (KTP), Family Card (KK), and other relevant personal documents.
    4. Complete administrative formalities.
    5. Verification Timeline :
      • 1–2 working days (Standard Package)
      • 2–3 working days (Package A)
      • 3–4 working days (Package B)

The processing time for Packages A and B applies to the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). For other regions, timelines will be adjusted according to location.

Important: We do not provide verification services requested by individuals. Our services are available only for companies, corporations, or recruitment agencies.

Standard Package (Code: PEV-S)

  • Credit History: Assessing financial stability for individuals applying for sensitive or key positions, especially those related to finance.
  • Identity Verification: Ensuring the authenticity of the applicant’s identity through government records, national ID number verification (NIK), and other official documents.
  • Employment Verification: Confirming prior employment history, including position, tenure, and reasons for leaving.
  • Education Verification: Ensuring academic credentials are valid and reflect the applicant’s qualifications.
  • Residential Verification: Confirming the applicant resides at the address stated in their application and verifying property ownership where applicable.
  • Social Media Verification: Scanning the applicant’s online presence and social media activities to identify relevant information and validate public claims.

Additional Package A (Code: PEV-A

— At the employer’s request, we may discreetly conduct interviews with former supervisors, colleagues, or even neighbors to gather factual insights regarding the applicant’s behavior and background.

Additional Package B (Code: PEV-B)

— For managerial and executive-level recruitment, particularly candidates being considered for key or sensitive roles, employers often request us to conduct direct surveillance to monitor the applicant’s activities and behavioral patterns.
