Background Check
(Code: PLB)
— Do you require a background check to verify the truth about an individual or a company?
Our Background Check services are tailored to your specific needs, such as verifying the credibility and track record of an individual or business, including detailed profiling.
Unknown or concealed information can be revealed, enabling you to make well-informed decisions before placing full trust in someone or a potential business partner.
Three Types of Background Checks
We offer three types of background checks designed to meet different requirements:

1. Corporate Background Check (Code: PLB-1)
— A corporate background investigation aims to determine whether a company or business is truly consistent with what has been presented, beyond verbal statements or written materials intended to convince you.
This type of check is highly recommended to verify the credibility of a corporation or individual, including investors who may not possess the actual capacity they claim.
Since the business world often faces fraudulent activities, conducting a thorough investigation is essential.
In addition to reviewing the company’s historical records, it is also advisable to examine the background of the company’s owners or shareholders.

2. Prospective Business Partner Background Check (Code: PLB-2)
— Starting a new business always carries risks that must be carefully considered. Just like launching a new product, entering into partnerships with new business associates requires safeguarding your investment against potential risks and failures.
Possible threats from new partners include dishonesty, fraud, false credibility, and other deceptions that could result in significant financial losses.
Even more severe risks may arise, such as the loss of goods you have shipped, non-payment of credit extended, termination of business relations detrimental to you, or even potential lawsuits from third parties. In reality, companies that fail to conduct thorough screening of prospective partners expose their investments to considerable risk.

3. Prospective Tenant or User Background Check (Code: PLB-3)
— As an owner of property or assets intended for lease or partnership, are you aware that handing them over to another party involves high risk?
There is nothing worse than tenants, business partners, or asset users who abscond without fulfilling payment obligations, fail to share agreed profits, damage or misuse the assets, transfer them to third parties, sell equipment, or even use your assets for illegal activities—eventually creating problems or causing you financial loss.
To mitigate such risks, you may use our **Asset Investigation Audit** (Code: IKH-B). This service covers the procedures of usage, operation, and maintenance, including inspections of your asset’s condition. It ensures that your property is not lent, leased, or used by unauthorized parties, and verifies that no violations of agreements or contracts have occurred.
